hello! i am kail (also known as internet artist "STARBAGE") and this is my website. i've had a neocities account for a while, but i didn't actually start working on the site until February 26th, 2022.

this is a website dedicated to talking about my art, hobbies, and other things that make me happy. It's sort of messy, and will probably always be that way.
